All jewellery is made after your order has been placed and paid.
* Processing time is usually between 1 and 3 business days.
* Purchases are dispatched Monday to Friday.
* We will advise you of your tracking number when your item has been posted. You can track either with Australia Post (www.auspost.com.au) or your own countries postal service.
* Please ensure that your delivery address is correct as we will post to the address you have advised.

Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

As all our items are handmade to order and we do our best to accurately describe items (size, color, etc) in our shop, especially through the photography. We only offer refunds in special circumstances.
If your item is faulty we will refund it, provided you notify us within 3 days and post back to us within 7 days.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not refund any postage cost and charge a 15% restocking fee.

Please note we cannot refund and exchange:

--Custom or personalized orders.
--Bulk orders and items on sale.

How accurate are the delivery estimate times?

We base these on what Australia Post advises and our experience. In most cases purchases arrive within the stated times but always be aware of customs delays, public holidays and adverse weather conditions which all can impact significantly on delivery times.

Do you box and gift wrap your jewellery orders?

All my items are gift wrapped and beautifully boxed ready to be presented as a gift. They are securely packed to ensure no damage while in transit.

What type of materials do you use in your designs?

Dream Island Jewellery designs are created using SWAROVSKI® ELEMENTS, SWAROVSKI crystals, SWAROVSKI crystal pearls and high quality cubic zirconia. Almost all of our earring hooks or posts are sterling silver, 14K gold filled, gold-plated, rose gold plated and rhodium plated metal, they are all hypoallergenic, Lead and Nickel Free.

How can I care for my jewellery?

Jewellery pieces are delicate items and should be treated with care. When wearing jewellery avoid any kind of moisture or spraying directly with perfume which could tarnish or change the colour of your jewellery. We recommend you occasionally wipe your jewellery and store in zip lock bags.
